The Tomb of the Unknowns is a monument dedicated to American service members who have died without their remains being identified. When visiting this memorial, it’s of utmost importance that guests are silent and respectful.
“It is requested that everyone maintains a level of silence and respect,” he declares, as he stops in stance with his rifle out front. Notice how everyone is silenced as soon as he speaks.
It’s amazing to witness this kind of reaction from such a stoic hero. I hope these tourists learned their lesson the next time they visit such a significant place. I have a feeling they did.
