A Florida woman says that body camera footage from the officer who arrested her for shoplifting shows that he used excessive force when slamming her to the ground.

Tiffany Tebo was accused of taking goods from a Bealls department store in Wesley Chapel, north of Tampa, before allegedly resisting arrest and being taken to the pavement on Friday.

Body camera footage from the unidentified officer obtained by WTSP shows the policeman moving her against a wall and grabbing her by the arm before a flurry of events leads to the slam.

At one point when Tebo is on the ground, a hand is seen on her neck.

The officer then tries to cuff the 29-year-old, but the officer with the body camera ends up pulling a weapon and pointing it at her as she pleads with him from the ground.
