CVS Pharmacy, a healthcare company that recruits people who claim to believe in science in medicine, has gone totally “woke” and will compel all employees — without exception — to believe the myth that people can change their genders.
Employees at the retail giant’s thousands of outlets in the United States were recently issued a policy on how to approach their “trans” employees, which included a note that any restroom can be used by anyone at any time.
Employees who inform their bosses that they intend to engage in gender-bending will be granted time off, and the corporation will require their coworkers to address them using their preferred pronouns.
The corporation’s new “gender transition guidelines” were obtained by Fox Business, and they make it abundantly apparent how company leaders feel about critics of the gender craziness that has consumed so much of the culture.

CVS advised employees who want to undertake a gender change to notify their coworkers so that the firm may “provide support and make your transition as smooth as possible.”
“You may also wish to have appropriate medical care to support your transition, including treatments such as hormone replacement therapy and/or gender confirmation surgery,” the guide said.
It added: “During and after the transition has occurred, CVS Health encourages you to continue to partner with your Leader and your Advice & Counsel representative, and to immediately report any issues that you might have with your employment, your work environment, and/or your Leader, co-workers, clients, and customers.”
As if confirming the fantasies of confused people wasn’t enough, CVS also informed its employees that it plans to poison the working atmosphere in stores by forcing everyone on the payroll to pretend that a male dressed as a woman — or vice versa — is who they claim to be.
CVS provided “Guidelines for Supporting a Transitioning Colleague” alongside a slew of other corporate jargon about how committed the corporation is to diversity.
It expects employees whose entire goal is to come to work each day in the expectation of making a livelihood and being comfortable to be hyper-vigilant in order to avoid misgendering anyone around them.
“People use different terms to refer to themselves, but some terms are universally considered disrespectful and violate CVS’s policy against discrimination and harassment,” the company told its employees. “Terms like transgender, trans-male/trans-female, non-binary or ‘male’ or ‘female’ should be used.”
Meanwhile, women who are uncomfortable sharing intimate personal areas with men no longer have a choice.
Employees are taught to use “the most appropriate” bathrooms in order to feel validated.
“Any colleague, customer, or patient — transgender or otherwise — may choose to use the restroom and/or locker room that is appropriate to the gender they identify with,” CVS told employees.

Most likely, the individual or people who drafted this new policy thought they were being “progressive” by joining the left’s charge to unravel the country’s social fabric.
In truth, this is just more terrible business from “woke” corporate America.
The policy is an immoral mandate that appears to be intended to frighten workers who may simply wish to come to work to service customers while not having their employer push them to take sides on difficult matters.
This policy is likely to sour ties among corporate retail employees.
It also raises fundamental concerns about whether CVS is the best venue for customers to get quality medicine from qualified sellers.
CVS is encouraging customers to put their prescription doses, immunizations, and other necessities in the hands of a corporation that has publicly opposed science.
