Texas Republican Rep. Ronny Jackson, who started voicing concerns about Joe Biden’s mental health during the 2020 campaign, is now talking about an irate letter he received from former President Barack Obama.
Former White House physician and Republican Texas Congressman Ronny Jackson has on multiple occasions suggested that Joe Biden appears not fit for office and should take a cognitive test. When Jackson ran for Congress in 2020, the media’s lack of attention to Biden’s cognitive frailty bothered him greatly.
According to Jackson, Biden’s handlers “know that if they gave him a cognitive test, that he would have failed badly, and then they would have had to explain that away in some way,” adding that the White House is “doing everything they can to disguise Biden’s clear cognitive decline.”
Jackson has also emphasized how the left insisted on numerous occasions that Donald Trump take a cognitive test while serving as president and provide the results, which he did when Jackson was in charge.
Barack Obama, however, seems to have a major issue with Jackson speaking up as a doctor.
Jackson revealed to Fox News the letter written by Obama to him:
I have made a point of not commenting on your service in my successor’s administration and have always spoken highly of you both in public and in private,” Obama wrote, adding “You always served me and my family well, and I have considered you not only a fine doctor and service member but also a friend.”
“That’s why I have to express my disappointment at the cheap shot you took at Joe Biden via Twitter. It was unprofessional and beneath the office that you once held. It was also disrespectful to me and the many friends you had in our administration.”
“You were the personal physician to the President of the United States as well as an admiral in the U.S. Navy,” Obama added, asserting “I expect better, and I hope upon reflection that you will expect more of yourself in the future.”
However, Jackson chose not to respond to the angry missive. “So, upon reflection, I thought, You know what? Screw that guy! I’m not doing it,” Jackson told political commentator Dan Bongino reminded him that Obama had done nothing when Jackson was in the middle of a Senate confirmation fight to be Trump’s secretary for the Department of Veterans Affairs. “I just walked away from it, which was the last time I had any contact with [Obama],” he added.
Jackson later told reporters that “it’s awfully ironic now, considering [Biden’s mental fitness] is all anyone, including the liberal media, can talk about.”
“Let it be known, as the White House physician for the last three presidents, I was the first to say that we have a serious problem with this man’s cognitive demise, and he will not make it four years in office,” he said. “I’ve always said there would come a point where it wouldn’t be just me talking about it, but his own party, and sadly, that has proven to be the case. Joe Biden’s cognitive failures are on full display for the whole world to see.”
Biden’s recent approval rating polls dropped to its lowest and no president in recent history has seen such a severe and rapid decline so early in office.
Well, aside from Biden’s poor leadership and lack of a foreign policy agenda why his job approval rating has dropped, and Americans expressed doubt about the president’s ability to govern; they see Biden as too old and slow to be president. And the White House is frantically working to address them, including trying to block the press when they don’t want questions and keeping an eye out for Biden when he walks because of his shuffling gate.
At the White House picnic, he lost his cool with a reporter and denied all reality, among other recent events. But it’s too late now, and the fact that Obama, the Democrats, and the media were so focused on securing Democratic power that they weren’t upfront or honest in their prior actions injured the entire nation.
