Peter Navarro Just Exposed How His Arrest Is Part Of A Bigger Plot….

What is happening with the January 6th committee is horrific and what makes it even worse is that the Republicans are so quiet over it all.

Why in the world are they not talking about this on the media?

This total political hatchet job that is so anti-American it makes Russia and China appear as freedom-loving patriots.

The GOP leaders have remained silent, which signals to the country that they are just fine with this.

They are perfectly okay with this communist free-for-all, and hope the Dems and Liz Cheney succeed in stopping President Trump from running in 2024.

That is where Peter Navarro steps onto the scene.

Thanks to the January 6th committee, he was recently arrested, and the feds placed him in leg irons and put him in a cell.

If this isn’t political tyranny, I don’t know what is.

Leg irons? Are you kidding me?

Watch:

Citizen Free Press reported:

Trump White House adviser Peter Navarro has been indicted on contempt of Congress charges, according to court documents unsealed Friday. Navarro, 72, was indicted by a federal grand jury for contempt after snubbing a subpoena from the House committee investigating Jan. 6 seeking testimony and documents.

Court documents indicate that the government requested that Navarro’s indictment be sealed until his “arrest operation is executed.” Navarro “is in custody pending the court appearance” later Friday.

“The events leading to the charges in the Indictment have been the subject of public scrutiny and concern,” federal prosecutors wrote in the motion to keep the case sealed until Navarro’s arrest. Public disclosure of the indictment, they wrote, “would give the Defendant the opportunity to flee, tamper with witnesses or evidence, or take other steps to interfere with the criminal case.”

Navarro was indicted on two counts of contempt of Congress, one for failing to provide papers, and another for failing to provide testimony. The House voted to refer Navarro to the Justice Department for contempt in April. The committee has said Navarro, a trade adviser during the Trump administration, played a key role “in the president’s effort to overturn the 2020 election.”

Peter explains to Tucker, how what happened to him isn’t really about “him,” it’s about stopping President Trump from running in 2024.

You can watch the video below:

According to Harvard Law Professor Alan Dershowitz, what happened to Peter is unconstitutional.

Navarro has a strong claim of executive privilege that should be decided by the courts before any indictment can lawfully issue.
[A]bsent a judicial order, he cannot lawfully be indicted for invoking executive privilege and refusing to reveal arguably privileged material just because a committee of Congress, controlled by Democrats, has voted that he should. It is not enough to allow him to appeal after the fact, because information, once revealed, cannot be erased. He is obliged to claim privilege now and refuse to respond. That is not a crime. It is the constitutionally correct action.
Navarro’s indictment violates several key constitutional rights, including due process, fair warning and executive privilege. It also violates the separation of powers, under which the courts have the authority to resolve conflicts between the legislative and executive branches over claims of executive privilege in response to legislative subpoenas. Due process and fair warning require that these issues first be resolved by the courts before an indictment can be issued.
The Biden Justice Department knows the law and it should not be acting lawlessly to make political points.

Let me remind you, that the January 6th committee is now trying to ban the Electoral College.

The only saving grace that we have is that the American people have almost zero interest in this Jan 6th nonsense.
