Fighting tumors is difficult enough, but being sick and homeless at the same time is way more than one person should deal with. When the mom of Basil Dallas, a teen diagnosed with brain tumor confided to one of the nurses that they have no place to stay, she did something that changed their lives forever.
Not being able to help in any other way, nurse Cynthia Robinson called FOX5’s Surprise Squad, hoping that someone there would answer her. The crew met up with her and together they decided to surprise the Dallas family with an incredible gift.
