We can’t blame the old man who is completely out of touch, he must be reminded that the majority of the countries around the world were slowly winding down Covid-19 restrictions. But Biden and his tyrant regime resisted lifting the FAA mask mandate for planes and airports.
Rember in late March when Airline executives of some of America’s largest carriers urged Joe Biden in a joint letter to end the mask mandate. The letter was signed by top executives of 10 airlines and cargo carriers, including the CEOs of American Airlines, Delta, JetBlue, United Airlines, and Southwest.
Last week, US health officials had extended by 15 days the mandate requiring travelers to wear masks on airplanes, trains, and in taxis, ride-share vehicles, or transit hubs, saying they needed time to assess the effect of a recent rise in COVID-19 cases.
The decision was made shortly after the CDC announced that it would open up the borders and end Title 42, which allowed migrants to be expelled without applying for asylum due to the pandemic.
Fortunately, on Monday a federal judge in the state of Florida ruled a United States government orders requiring people to wear masks on public transportation is unlawful, overturning the Biden regime’s tyrannical mask mandates.
US District Judge Kathryn Kimball Mizelle said the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) had exceeded its authority with the mandate, had not sought public comment, and did not adequately explain the decision.

“A federal judge in Florida voided the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s mask mandate for airports, planes, and other forms of travel Monday, saying the agency overstepped its authority.
US District Judge Kathryn Kimball Mizelle, an appointee of President Donald Trump, ruled that the CDC did not properly explain its decision last week to extend the mandate for another 15 days after it was originally set to expire Monday.
“Because ‘our system does not permit agencies to act unlawfully even in the pursuit of desirable ends,’ the court declares unlawful and vacates the mask mandate,” Mizelle wrote in her decision.
The judge sent the order back to the CDC “for further proceedings.”
The CDC announced last week that it was going to extend the mask mandate on public transportation until May 3, citing an uptick in coronavirus cases and claiming it needed more time to examine the BA.2 Omicron subvariant.”
