As the average U.S. gas price continues to reach record highs, with every state expected to breach averaging at least $5 a gallon, and experts say it will continue to climb, and with store shelves empty and online retailers out of stock, some parents are considering measures they wouldn’t normally take are one of the Highlights on how inflation “dominates” concerns American these past few months.
“Roughly one in five Americans mention the high cost of living/inflation (17%), or fuel prices (4%) specifically, as the most important problem facing the U.S. today,” Gallup reported Tuesday.
According to GasBuddy, as they expect a $5.00/gallon national average on the horizon, with a 60% confidence level in those odds, the national average will continue to “pick up steam… as soon as this weekend.”

Americans have been dealing with high inflation for nearly a year, and the latest figures confirmed that reality: U.S. prices rose 7.9% year over year last month, the largest increase since 1982 and a continuation of a worrying trend as the country recovers from the pandemic recession and a battered supply chain, thanks to Biden’s poor handling.
Not just that shortage of formula that began in the early days of the pandemic has worsened.
According to the retail analysis firm Datasembly, the nationwide out-of-stock percentage for the week ending May 8 was 43 percent, indicating that many families are having difficulty finding formula in stores and online.
Parents across the country are scrambling for any solution to the baby formula shortage, with empty shelves in aisles that resulted in a constant state of anxiety. A Virginia mother with two young sons who require medical-grade formula also felt the same.

Many parents have become consumed with finding a formula, prompting some to consider taking measures they wouldn’t normally take just so they can feed their babies.
The scarcity of formula was triggered in part by the closure of a Michigan manufacturing plant after two infants who consumed its products caught bacterial.
And because of Biden’s blunder, worried parents will continue to see empty shelves for weeks.
