Dementia Joe Caught On Camera Forgetting How To Read!
During Joe Biden’s briefing on the Atlantic Hurricane, Biden has been seen “mumbling incoherently” which made the president “make a fool of himself”.
In his visit at a briefing at the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) headquarters, a very confused Joe Biden got lost reading his notes and made no sense as he mumbled incoherently.

This gaffe comes after Biden’s recent bizarre speech at the Coast Guard Commencement:
It was also reported that Joe Biden was recently in New London, CT, where he delivered his first (and hopefully last) commencement speech at the Coast Guard Academy.
And during his speech, Joe told what he thought was a funny joke. When Joe didn’t get a reaction from the graduating class, he berated them.
“You’re a dull class. Come on, man. Is the sun getting to you?” Biden said after comparing the US Coast Guard with the US Navy. He added, “I would think when you have an opportunity when I say that about the Navy, to clap.”
A few people in the crowd offered Joe an obligatory clap, to which America’s punchline Joe Biden replied, “All kidding aside, being here together is a victory in and of itself.”
During his 25 minute-plus speech, Biden also admitted that he needed “absolution” after his college years at the University of Delaware for “minor infractions like using a fire extinguisher to hose down an RA,” the abbreviation for the residential adviser. A president traditionally absolves military academy graduates of their minor infractions.
President Biden called graduates of the Coast Guard Academy “dull” after they didn’t clap during his speech.

Throughout his abysmal run for president, Jeb Bush had a similar moment when he paused during a campaign speech where he appeared to be comparing himself to Donald Trump to ask the audience to clap for him.
