PRINCIPAL GETS KILLED Pushing TWO Students Out Of The Way Of An Out Of Control BUS

An elementary school principal sacrificed herself for the lives of her students. When an out-of-control bus lurched forward, she pushed the children to safety. Unfortunately, she didn’t make it.

Susan Jordan, the principal of Amy Beverland Elementary School in Indianapolis, proved her dedication to her students when she died for them. At dismissal time on Wednesday, a school bus that wasn’t moving suddenly jolted forward and jumped a curb. Witnesses say Jordan heroically put herself in the path of the bus to push two 10-year-olds out of the way.

The children who were saved by Jordan were rushed to the hospital and are being treated for serious injuries, but are expected to recover. None of the children on the bus were injured. The bus driver says she isn’t sure why the bus accelerated. Police are currently investigating, and a standard procedure blood test has been ordered for the driver.

“[Jordan was] Just a phenomenal individual that truly cared about children,” said Lawrence Township Schools Superintendent Shawn Smith. “This is a tragic situation that we have. This loss is going to ripple across our district of 15,000 students.”
