She Looked Like A Normal Mom At The Pool, But When She Stood Up Everyone’s Jaws Dropped….

Models are known for their lanky physiques, but one former catwalk pro is attempting to trump the Guinness World Record holder for the world’s longest legs.

Australian ex-model Caroline Arthur is about to get back at everyone who used to call her “Caroline the Power Line.” At 6-foot-2, with legs that measure 51.5 inches from her hip to her heel, she may be about to break the Guinness World Record for longest legs in the world.

“I believe that they are definitely the longest in Australia and, as far as I know, in America too,” said Caroline. In an interview with Barcroft Media, she hinted that she was aiming to inch up on current World Record holder Svetlana Pankratova, who stands at 6-foot-5 with 51.9 inch legs.

“When I realized that my legs might be the longest in the world, I was super excited,” she said. “I think being so close, it’s worth contacting [the Guinness Book of World Records] and finding out.”

The 39-year-old mother of two started modeling as a teenager. Her amazingly long legs take up a whopping 69% of her height.

Caroline measured her legs from her hip to the ground and she feels that she has a good chance to challenge the record:

“I believe that they are definitely the longest in Australia and, as far as I know, in America too,” Caroline said.

The length of her legs has presented plenty of challenges for Caroline too. She says as a teen she was teased and called names. In fact, she didn’t feel attractive at all. She also has trouble finding clothes that fit, especially jeans and pants. She often has to buy them to fit in length and not the waist size.

Caroline is married and has two children. Her husband, Cameron, is about the same size as her.

Her son Cooper, 13, already is the same height as his mother and has her long legs.

Her daughter, Zoe, measures 5 foot 9 inches. Oddly enough, Caroline’s own mother is only 5 foot 3 inches tall.

The Australian mom says for years she just wanted to be the same as everyone else, but since starting modeling at the age of 15, she has learned to embrace her height.

She says she is now proud of her height and her legs.
