Why Is Merrick Garland Refusing To Protect Supreme Court Justices…
Joe Biden’s attorney general refuses to enforce the law that would help protect the Supreme Court Justices from these violent liberals protesters.
It’s becoming clear to us that Biden’s Attorney General Merrick Garland has no problem targeting conservatives for lawful, constitutional political activities.
In fact, what happened last year when Garland sent out a notice to the Department of Justice that demonized and effectively criminalized parents who protested against critical race theory being taught at their schools, is just a perfect example.
Of course, to avoid being trashed by the public, they make sure that every press release they would commit to protecting the SCOTUS, but what happens to Justice Kavanaugh recently who just had a protester break into his home with the intent to murder him say otherwise.
Garland has been very eager to persecute conservative activists, but it seems he is far less interested in protecting conservative Supreme Court Justices from unlawful intimidation and violence.
There is written law on the books that would allow him to protect Supreme Court Justices, 18 U.S. Code § 1507 – Picketing or parading states that:
Whoever, with the intent of interfering with, obstructing, or impeding the administration of justice, or with the intent of influencing any judge, juror, witness, or court officer, in the discharge of his duty, pickets or parades in or near a building housing a court of the United States, or in or near a building or residence occupied or used by such judge, juror, witness, or court officer, or with such intent uses any sound-truck or similar device or resorts to any other demonstration in or near any such building or residence, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both.

This makes it unlawful to protest outside the home of a judge with the intent to influence a decision they are making.
Garland could have prevented the violent attack against Justice Kavanaugh before it happened, but chose not to. It might be because top politicians within the Democratic party approve of the protesters tactics.
