NEW Footage Of NYC Bodega Attack PROVES Owner Was Acting In Self Defense! [VIDEO]

Jose Alba is being hailed as a hero on Twitter.

But the 61-year-old bodega worker is a criminal in the eyes of New York City police after a scuffle with a customer turned deadly.

A new video shows New York City bodega worker Jose Alba pleading with an angry Austin Simon “I don’t want a problem,” before Simon walks into the area behind the counter and attacks Alba — after which Alba fatally stabs Simon in what many are calling a clear case of self-defense.

Sadly, the hero immediately becomes the villain in the eyes of a Democrat-led New York City police. Alba was charged with murder after he stabbed Austin Simon to death after he defended himself from the attacker.

But now we know Simon’s girlfriend also attacked Jose Alba and that Alba was stabbed by the girlfriend.

Alba was stabbed twice in each arm by Austin Simon’s girlfriend.

Here’s what The Daily Mail reported:

New surveillance footage has emerged of bodega worker Jose Alba, 61, trying to fend off the gangster he stabbed to death and his girlfriend as the pair attacked him in his store in a row over a $3 bag of chips.

Alba has been charged with second degree murder for the incident on July 1.

He used the store’s boxcutter to stab Austin Simon in the neck and chest after he charged into the store wearing a $350 Amiri t-shirt, demanding that Alba apologize to his girlfriend.

She had tried to buy a bag of chips but her EBT card was declined as she tried to pay for them. Alba refused to let her have the chips which sent her running in a rage to call her boyfriend for back-up.

The girlfriend has not been charged, despite video clearly showing her stabbing Alba in the arm.

This was all over a bag of chips.

“It is outrageous. The surveillance video makes it very clear that Mr. Alba was defending himself from an aggressive, violent attacker. He should not have been charged,” New York City’s 44th District Councilman Kalman Yeger said.

Yeger and six other city lawmakers signed a bipartisan letter urging Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg to drop all charges against Alba.

“This case is particularly jarring because you routinely drop charges and waive bail for violent offenders,” the letter stated. “You are simply rewarding the guilty and punishing the innocent.”
