Why The Government Now Has To Pay A Pedo $17 MILLION Is Beyond Belief!

Because the prison guards waterboarded him, the state of Ohio will then have to award this cho a record $17.5 million even after conviction.

Seth Fletcher, a 21-year-old child sex criminal was behind bars in Ohio after he was convicted. However, because the Chillicothe Correctional Institution used “sadistic and malicious force” to subdue him as they tackled, handcuffed, and then dropped him flat on his face after performing a strip search last year, this child predator will now be awarded $17.5 million by the state of Ohio.

The Dispatch notes that Fletcher sustained his injuries on April 2nd, 2020. The prison guards conducted a strip search on Fletcher when they found him to be in possession of a cigarette that they suspected also contained drugs. The guards conducted the search but used too much force on him. Although Fletcher pleaded for the prison guards to go easy on him, they allegedly ignored his cries. Instead, he was allowed to lie on the floor of a cell overnight. The injuries had caused him to be unable to move, so he did not move from the cold cell floor until he was finally taken to the hospital the following morning.

Later, one of the guards involved in the incident turned to Facebook to brag about “paralyzing the dude, LMAO.” This Facebook post was included in the lawsuit that Fletcher’s legal team filed a few days after the incident took place inside the Ohio prison.

During the search on April 2nd, 2020, Corrections Officers Dustin Knox and Christopher Coy handcuffed Fletcher. The officers escorted him to a separate unit at the Ohio facility around 6 pm. At that time, Officer Coy said that the prisoner resisted. The officers quickly tackled him to the ground that caused Fletcher’s spinal cord to be injured.

Although Fletcher cried that he could no longer feel or move his legs, the guards reportedly ignored him and kept dropping him on his face since he could not walk. Eventually, they carried him by his arms to a prison cell where they deposited him on the ground, where he lay alone until 9:49 the following morning.

Just before 10:00 on April 3, 2020, Eric Anderson, Fletcher’s psychologist paid him a visit. Anderson then found Fletcher to be very injured and called to get him medical attention, which he had been requesting since the incident. Fletcher underwent emergency spinal surgery at the Ohio State Medical Center where he was taken to.

According to Fletcher, he begged for water at one point during the ordeal. However, an Ohio prison guard poured water on his face and then bragged about how he “waterboarded him LMAO.”

Garrett Osbon, one of the guards involved in the attack, later resigned from his job as a corrections officer as Fletcher’s lawsuit picked up steam. The guard had sent text messages about the attack and also posted them to Facebook.

Osbon posted:

“The dude I broke his nose is now paralyzed with a broken neck, and they say his face looks like he had been dropped and dragged through concrete, LMAO.”

“It feels good to know that I played a small part in paralyzing a cho, LMAO.”

“Cho” or “chomo” is a prison term for a child molester, according to Daily Mail.

Fletcher’s lawyer Geoffrey Fieger said that the torture and crippling of a prisoner in America sounds medieval. Yet it happened, here, in America, in 2020.

Despite the announcement, the state Department of Rehabilitation and Correction refused to comment on the lawsuit and its outcome, saying the final details are still being worked out.
